Investigation of the Corporate Values
Our company pays a lot of attention to whether a candidate matches the client's corporate culture to reduce the churn rate and increase the number of candidates passing the trial period successfully.

Candidate interviews
We approve the Ideal Candidate Profile. Then, we propose candidates for each vacancy for an interview (CV and rate). As s rule, deliver a few candidates to let you find the best match. All candidates are carefully selected.

Successful IT Staffing
Signing the contract and starting work. All administrative hassles, payment of taxes, and replacement of an engineer are included in the rate.
